For The Benefit Of Mr. B

This is Shannon Barnson.  He is a member of the Geek Show Podcast, a dedicated children's educator/well known 7/11 employee, and, as confirmed by the readers of the Salt Lake City Weekly, the Worst Utahn and damn proud of it.  Recently, Mr. B has had a string of bad luck which, out of respect for him, I won't go into detail about here.  Reluctantly, Mr. B has reached out for financial help from the internet, an internet he perfectly embodies/mocks on the Geek Show.  As a quiet but dedicated listener of the best damn podcast in Utah, I am happy to spread the word.

On Sunday, September 15th, an event will be held called "Geekshow For The Benefit Of Mr. B".  There will be stand-up comedy, as opposed to the less popular sit-down comedy, as well as a raffle for prizes provided by several local Utah businesses.  More information about the event, as well as tickets for the show, can be found here.  Tickets are only $10, and Wiseguys is one of those rare awesome locations in Utah where people can get alcoholic beverages in an environment that doesn't shame them for doing so.
